Excellent article! We do alot of Colorado short sales ourselves and have found that the lenders are FINALLY getting better to work with. We are behind much of the country and have just seen an influx in them in our area in the last year or so.

Right on! Times are tough out there right now, and if I didn't start working short sales in Colorado Springs, CO I wouldn't be able to EAT right now, let alone make a living. It is good to note that many lenders and servicers have finally improved their processes and approval times in the last year or so. Lets hope to continue to see improvements in the future from them.
