Disclose Everything About Your Daytona Beach Condo

Many Realtors do not pay much attention to the property disclosure form that is filled out by the owner/seller. Even more agents do not attend home inspections.  Most are afraid if they do they will know something and they prefer to be left in the dark because of lawsuits.

In my practice of Real Estate, I want to know it all.

DISCLOSE DISCLOSE DISCLOSE.

I want to know the homes past history. I want to know what is wrong at that inspection and the interpretation of the inspectors report first hand.  And you need to make sure your Realtor does too.  Whether you are the buyer or the seller you need a Realtor who is not afraid of finding out all the material facts. Digging, looking and seeking the history of the home.  If you do not do your homework believe you me, the neighbors will.  They will be right there spilling any and all information to the buyer about the ins and outs of the property.  This is human nature and we need to be sure we are doing our due diligence for our customer. Especially in these times of short sale and foreclosures where the owner may be absentee or a bank.
