I was in a meeting this morning with several broker’s in our area of Florida.  The president wanted a update report of our market  and did any one have any thoughts or comments to share.  In the past when asked this question all we heard was the horror stories of how  bad the market is yada yada yada. Today comments like sales are up, sold more so far this year than I have the entire last year, banks are responding in under a week.  All good news, all signs of indicating that our market is getting stronger and sales are increasing therefore prices are rising.  

If you are that buyer that is buying into the doom and gloom you are hearing in the media, I am telling you they are wrong.  Those of us in that room are making the statistics for the media to report at a later date.  The prices are rising and the sales are increasing that is the news in North East Florida, Daytona, Flagler and St. Augustine areas.   Don’t miss out give me a call or email  for the latest updates on all types of condos, new listings, foreclosures and short sales!
